Business History:
Ken joined Collett & Associates in June 2006. His primary focus is on assisting the development group with project management and budgeting, procuring construction financing, marketing, leasing and tenant coordination, property valuation and disposition analysis. Prior to joining the company, Ken had an extensive career as a client consultant in Information Technology with experience in the design and development of business critical applications, account management and business development.
