Des Roberts

Des received a BS in commerce and business administration with a concentration in real estate finance from the University of Alabama in 1999.

Des focuses on general brokerage and development, including sales and leasing for property owners and assisting clients with finding properties for lease or purchase. Des also specializes in site selection and rezoning, representing tenants such as Lowe's Home Improvement, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin' Donuts, O'Reilly's Auto Parts and other national and regional retailers.

Des is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina and is currently a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a graduate of Ty Boyd’s Excellence in Speaking Institute.
