Stephen Pharr has over eight years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, and 17 years working in retail.  

He joined Collett & Associates in 2003.  Responsible for all phases of commercial real estate brokerage including leasing, property sales, land assemblage, receivership, REO and freestanding outparcel development.

Prior to joining Collett & Associates, Pharr managed and owned quick service & casual restaurant chains for 10 years.  He resides in Charlotte with his wife and two children.
