Business History:      

After practicing as a CPA for 6 years, Bill joined Collett & Associates in 1987 as one of the original members of the company.  Bill has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry primarily involved in retail development with emphasis on single tenant projects.  Bill has completed numerous projects for tenants that have included Food Lion, Eckerd, Advance Auto, Walgreens and others. Bill also has raised equity and invested in several power centers in North Carolina and Florida.
