Business History:      

Bob joined Collett & Associates as a partner in 1992 after ten years as a commercial broker at Coldwell Banker in Charlotte.  Prior to that he spent 6 years in various sales and sales management positions at Jefferson Pilot Broadcasting in Charlotte.  Bob’s focus with Collett & Associates has been on development of projects for Eckerd Drug, Kmart, Target and Lowe’s Home Improvement Centers.  Bob graduated with a BS from The University of South Carolina in 1973 and lives in Charlotte where he and his wife have raised three children.
