Mike Robbe

Business History:      

After working for eleven years with the law firm of Kennedy, Covington, Lobdell & Hickman as a partner specializing in commercial real estate development and leasing law, Mike joined Collett & Associates in November, 2006 as a development partner and general counsel. During the past four years at Collett & Associates, Mike has been involved in the development and leasing efforts of multiple retail developments in North and South Carolina, Oklahoma, Arizona, Georgia and Florida and continues to manage and supervise the legal work associated with existing Collett projects.  With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mike has developed an expertise with respect to the ground up development of retail sites, including anchor tenant negotiations, restrictive covenants, primary and mezzanine financing and the disposition of commercial real estate.  As a development partner at Collett, Mike is focused on expanding the Company’s retail development portfolio and assisting with the marketing and leasing of existing product.  

Mike is actively involved in his community and lives in Charlotte with his wife and four children.
