Business History:
A native of the
Charlotte area, Jim has been involved in the Land Development Industry for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Collett & Associates in 2007, he was a Principal with a large nationally recognized Architectural and Engineering Firm. Jim utilizes his vast experience in site selection, land planning, entitlements, design and construction to locate properties and initiate the development process which also includes management and coordination of consultants, tenants, and other development partners. Married with two daughters, he has continually served on several professional, and civic boards and commissions throughout his career, and remains active in the community. Most recently, in addition to pursuit of development and redevelopment opportunities, Jim has focused on brokerage activity and has worked with multiple clients for the lease and/or sale of properties across the
Carolinas.
