Tyler Covington

Education:     

BA in Political Science, Davidson College, 2005  

Business History:      

Tyler joined the Charlotte office of Collett & Associates in 2005 after graduating from Davidson College.  He groomed his skills in the retail real estate field from the ground up, initially working as an Assistant Property Manager for the firm before becoming a Property Manager in 2006.  In 2007 he became a Broker, and focused on leasing Collett & Associates’ developed projects.  From 2007-2010 Tyler brokered deals with tenants such as Sam’s Club, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Staples, Books-A-Million, Ulta and other major credit tenants. In 2011 Tyler switched over to the development side of the business. He is currently working with Dick’s and Staples on the final phase of a development in Tulsa, OK.
