David Martin joined Collett & Associates in 2006 and has managed over twelve million square feet in
North Carolina,
South Carolina,
Virginia,
Tennessee,
Ohio,
Illinois,
Oklahoma,
Kansas,
Arizona, and
Florida. His management experience includes regional malls, neighborhood/lifestyle retail shopping centers, parking facilities, medical and office. David is an expert in tenant relations. He maximizes the value of assets for both third party and in-house partners. His expertise includes aggressive lease interpretation, difficult rent collections, improvement of building operations and resolution of challenging tenant issues.
Prior to joining Collett & Associates, David gained experience with Lat Purser & Associates, CB Richard Ellis, and Faison & Associates in
Charlotte. Before moving to
Charlotte, David worked with the Richard E. Jacobs Group in
Cleveland,
Ohio, specializing in the management and marketing of regional shopping malls. David resides in
Charlotte with his wife and three children.
