Margaret Railey

Margaret joined Collett & Associates in 2006.  Her 1.4 million square ft. portfolio ranges from small centers of approximately 11,000 square feet to larger centers of nearly 400,000 square feet.

Prior to joining C&A, Margaret owned a property management company in Tucson, Arizona, managing in excess of two million square feet of all types of commercial real estate including office, industrial and retail.

Margaret is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a member of Building Owners and Managers Institute, and a graduate of Old Dominion University (Norfolk, VA).
