Melissa Schutt

Melissa Schutt joined Collett & Associates in 2001.  Her 1 million plus square ft. portfolio ranges from neighborhood shopping centers to a power center over 500,000 square ft.  In addition to retail she also manages medical office space in Rutherfordton, NC.

Melissa has several years experience managing shopping centers prior to joining the Collett & Associates Team.  She holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in both North and South Carolina.
